The development of Cody Ranch began in 2004 and this subdivision is now an established neighborhood. It is easily one of our favorite projects because of its rustic atmosphere and neighborhood charm. Large 2-4 acre lots are available and you’re welcome to clear as much or as little of your timber as you like. Your drive or walk through this subdivision will prove true to its name as you pass by wooded lots, stone and brick homes, cedar accents, landscaped yards and a safe place for children to roam and play.

Cody Ranch is located 6 beautiful miles Northeast of loop 224 from Nacogdoches High School. There are 41 total lots, most of which have already been built on. Each lot is at least 2.2 acres in size which has created a natural boundary between homes and adds to the experience of spacious living.
